- Publish open roles on relevant platforms and communities and manage inbound applications.
- Screen candidates at the first stage to assess technical fit and motivation.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines ahead of hiring needs.
- Partner with the Senior Recruiter on sourcing strategy and role priorities.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and manage scheduling.
- Keep the ATS accurate and up to date.
- Conduct market mapping and identify target companies and talent pools.
- Share market feedback on candidate availability and competitiveness.
- Grow visibility in the market through engagement with technical communities and platforms.
- 4–6+ years of experience in technical sourcing or technical recruitment with strong sourcing ownership.
- Experience sourcing DevOps, Golang, C++, QA, and similar engineering profiles.
- Strong ability to find and approach passive candidates.
- Good understanding of technical roles and terminology.
- Comfortable managing multiple pipelines in parallel.
- Strong coordination skills for interview scheduling and candidate follow-up.
