Requirements
Minimal S1 dari jurusan Manajemen, Pemasaran, Bisnis, atau bidang terkait.
Minimal 1–2 tahun pengalaman dalam penjualan, key account, atau business development.
Pengalaman menangani klien B2B atau akun modern/traditional trade (nilai tambah).
Mampu menganalisis data penjualan, market trends, dan membuat sales forecasting.
Memahami alur distribusi dan channel penjualan (modern/traditional/digital).
Komunikatif dan mampu membangun hubungan profesional jangka panjang.
Negosiasi yang baik dan berorientasi pada target.
Problem-solving dan mampu berpikir strategis.
