Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a Logistic Plan that aligns with project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare and manage tender documentation for the selection of Forwarders, PPJK, and Local Transporters.
• Establish and maintain delivery time standards to ensure on-schedule performance.
• Design an optimal cargo consolidation system for efficient delivery.
• Implement and oversee a fuel management system for daily project operations.
• Minimize losses related to damage, dead freight, and demurrage.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities of the Logistic Supervisor.
• Ensure all logistics operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Expedite shipping documents for customs clearance and liaise with the Importation and Customs Clearance team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, with proven expertise in transportation and customs clearance in EPC Industries.
• Strong knowledge of logistics planning and cargo consolidation.
• Proficient in preparing tender documents and managing vendor selection processes.
• Solid understanding of customs clearance procedures and fuel management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Certifications in Supply Chain or Logistics (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) would be an added value.
• Willing to be placed in our Jobsite at North Kalimantan
