Business Development Manager - Hotel Revenue Growth

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our hotel revenue growth initiatives. This is a dynamic role that requires a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent sales and marketing skills, and the ability to develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with the hotel's overall business objectives.
• Lead the development of annual sales and marketing plans, including revenue targets and budget allocations.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for growth and revenue maximization.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and motivation.
• Drive revenue growth by acquiring and retaining key accounts.
• Implement effective yield management strategies to optimize room rates and occupancy.
• Manage and execute sales and marketing campaigns, including public relations, advertising, and direct marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences to enhance brand awareness and generate business opportunities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and maximize revenue.
