Job summary
As Housekeeping Supervisor at Toraja Bambu Boutique Hotel you will lead a team of dedicated housekeepers overseeing all housekeeping operations continuously improving service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry ,
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation ,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills leading motivating developing team
