    Deskripsi

    The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. 

    Responsibilities

    • Offer and market property products (houses, shop houses, etc.) to prospective clients
    • Follow up potential clients through phone calls, messaging apps, and in-person meetings
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process until completion
    • Provide clear and detailed information regarding property specifications, pricing, payment schemes, and ongoing promotions
    • Conduct site visits with prospective buyers
    • Achieve sales targets as determined by the company
    • Assist in sales administration processes, including booking fees, mortgage (KPR) applications, and contract signings
    • Participate in promotional activities such as property exhibitions, open houses, and other marketing events

    Qualifications

    • Minimum education : Diploma degree (D3) in any mayor
    • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Sales or Sales Marketing is preferred.
    • Target- and results-oriented; good English proficiency is a plus
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills
    • Able to work independently as well as in a team
    • Honest, responsible, have initiative, want to learn and develop
    • Neat and professional appearance
