We're on the hunt for a Mobile Tech Lead specialized in React Native who's passionate about delivering world-class mobile experiences. If you're looking to take a leadership role while staying hands-on with code, this is your moment.

About the Role:

As our Mobile Tech Lead, you'll drive the architecture and development of high-quality cross-platform mobile apps. You'll mentor a talented team, collaborate with cross-functional squads, and play a key role in setting technical direction for mobile initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Lead the development of robust mobile apps using React Native

Architect and implement scalable, maintainable mobile solutions

Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers

Review code, provide mentorship, and guide junior developers

Own performance, security, and app quality across Android and iOS

Stay up to date with mobile trends and suggest technical improvements

Define and enforce best practices, development standards, and agile rituals

Your Profile:

+7 years of experience in mobile development, including at least 3+ years with React Native

Proven leadership and mentoring experience

Strong command of mobile architectures and state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)

Deep understanding of native mobile development (Android/iOS)

Comfortable working with RESTful APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines

Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Fluency in TypeScript and modern development workflows

Previous integration experience with Salesforce or similar platforms

Engineering degree or equivalent technical education

Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play

Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL Or Expo

Understanding of APEX development (Salesforce) is a plus

Experience in agile environments, start-ups, or international teams
