    About The Role

    We are looking for a Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Specialist to develop and manage strategic collaborations with influencers and brand ambassadors to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. This role involves identifying and partnering with KOLs, planning campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of influencer marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships. This position requires onsite work and relocation to Purbalingga.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant KOLs, influencers, and brand ambassadors aligned with our brand values and target audience.
    • Develop and execute KOL marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales performance.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs to ensure long-term partnerships.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to design content and campaign strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of KOL campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for KOL collaborations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and best practices in influencer marketing.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or related roles.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and influencer marketing strategies.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and ROI effectively.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.

    Requirements
    • Willingness and ability to relocate to Purbalingga for onsite work.
    • Familiarity with FMCG products and their marketing needs is preferred.
    • A creative mindset with attention to detail in campaign execution.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
