    Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Business Development:
    2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the textile and garment industry.
    3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
    5. Solution Selling:
    6. Utilize your expertise in solution selling to effectively communicate the value of the color management solutions to potential clients.
    7. Collaborate with the technical and support teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
    8. Team Building:
    9. Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
    10. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
    11. Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their professional growth.
    12. Market Expansion:
    13. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
    14. Develop and execute plans to expand company's presence in the textile/garment market.
    15. Budget Management:
    16. Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve business objectives. The Successful Applicant

    18. Strong network of contacts within the industry.
    19. Demonstrated success in solution selling and achieving sales targets.
