    Overview

    A Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising campaigns that create awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive revenue pipeline. This role focuses heavily on data, experimentation, and cross-functional alignment between Marketing and Sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

    • Identify and define target audiences and buyer personas to ensure campaigns reach the right prospects.
    • Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid ads, social, webinars, events, content syndication).
    • Design and run campaigns that attract, engage, and convert potential customers across the full funnel.

    2. Lead Generation & Funnel Management

    • Generate MQLs and SQLs through targeted, high-impact digital tactics.
    • Build nurturing sequences and automation workflows to guide leads from awareness to conversion.
    • Analyse performance and identify areas for improvement across growth markets in partnership with Sales leadership.

    3. Data, Insights & Optimization

    • Track campaign KPIs (CPL, CPM, CTR, conversion rates, MQL volume, pipeline contribution).
    • Conduct A/B testing and iterative refinement across ads, landing pages, emails, audiences, and messaging to optimise results.
    • Analyse campaign performance in detail, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven adjustments.
    • Analyse and report on marketing and sales dashboards, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

    4. Content Support

    • Work with content creators to produce effective assets (landing pages, case studies, ads, whitepapers, emails).
    • Ensure all messaging is aligned with the brand and resonates with the ICP.

    5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Work closely with Sales on lead quality, follow-up, and pipeline needs.
    • Coordinate with Product Marketing on product launches, positioning, and campaign messaging.
    • Partner with external agencies for paid media, creative, or content syndication when needed.

    Skills & Qualifications

    Technical & Soft Skills

    • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
    • Knowledge of digital marketing channels: paid social, SEM, display, email marketing, SEO basics.
    • Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
    • Detail-oriented with strong project management abilities.
    • Creative problem-solver with a testing/experiment mindset.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Preferred Experience

    • 2–4 years in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B digital marketing.
    • Experience in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments is a strong advantage.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
    • Ability to coordinate between various teams to drive cross-functional initiatives
    • Fluency in written English
    • SaaS experience is a must
    • Be result-driven and ownerships in funnel numbers such as MQLs, SQLs.
    • Regional experience is a plus.

    • Consistent delivery of MQLs/SQLs and pipeline contribution.
    • Reduced cost per lead and improved lead quality.
    • Strong full-funnel campaign performance.
    • Smooth alignment with Sales and predictable lead flow.
