- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across production processes to foster innovation and excellence.
- Background in mechanical engineering or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in product development, engineering, and operations within the furniture industry, with knowledge of quality standards.
- Proficient in production processes like stamping, die casting, and injection molding.
- Experience in leading product development teams and addressing client requirements.
- Track record of driving continuous improvement in production and quality.
- Excellent communication skills with various stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
