The NOTCH Vision
Notch is a growing creative agency that sits at the intersection of brand strategy and cultural zeitgeist. We don't just "make ads"; we create work that blends into and refines the cultural landscape. We are looking for a fluid, high-taste, and technically grounded Associate Creative Director to help lead our next chapter of growth.
The Role
As ACD, you are a leader of people and a protector of craft. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team of Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Content Creators, and Video Editors. You are expected to be a "playing coach"—someone who can architect a high-level conceptual strategy while possessing the technical chops to jump into an AI creative tools or a photoshoot and elevate the work instantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Stewardship:
Oversee the creative output for multiple accounts, ensuring every deliverable meets the "NOTCH Standard" of refined taste and strategic intent.
- Team Mentorship:
Lead, inspire, and grow a diverse team. You aren't just checking their work; you're sharpening their instincts.
- Conceptual Architecture:
Lead the development of integrated campaigns, brand activations, and digital-first strategies (KOL/Influencer, Social, Performance).
- The Big Pitch:
Act as a lead presenter for client pitches. You should be able to turn a complex brief into a compelling, "must-buy" creative narrative.
- Production Oversight:
Provide creative direction for photoshoots, video productions, and digital workflows, ensuring the final asset matches the original vision.
Technical Requirements & Experience
- Experience:
6–8 years in a creative/advertising/digital agency environment, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity (Creative Lead, Senior Creative, or similar).
- Digital Ecosystem Mastery:
Deep fluency in social media trends, performance marketing, and influencer-led content.
- Design & Tool Proficiency:
Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite and AI creative tools. You should be comfortable setting the visual "look and feel" and building key visuals (KVs).
- Production Savvy:
Hands-on experience directing high-fidelity video and photo shoots.
