• Lead and oversee bank surveillance, financial system stability analysis, bank inspections, and statistical management.
• Manage surveillance programs for different types of banks.
• Review and approve necessary reports for effective surveillance.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Supervise financial system stability analysis and coordination with relevant committees.
• Manage bank inspections and resolution method analysis.
• Oversee data processing and statistical management.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties regarding data management.
• Supervise unit responsibilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

• Min Master's degree or higher in Economics or Law preferred.
• Extensive experience in related fields, with a minimum of 20 years of experience and 6 years in a director-level position.
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, execution, innovation, and change management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
