Gambaran Umum
Kami mencari seorang Education Staff yang berdedikasi untuk bergabung dengan tim kami di INA STUDY', sebuah lembaga pendidikan yang berkomitmen menyediakan layanan berkualitas tinggi di Jakarta. Dalam posisi ini, Anda akan memainkan peran penting dalam mendukung operasi harian dan memberikan pengalaman terbaik bagi siswa kami. Pekerjaan ini berlokasi di Jakarta Utara.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Mengelola tugas administrasi harian seperti penjadwalan, pelaporan, dan komunikasi dengan siswa dan staf
- Membantu proses pendaftaran dan orientasi siswa baru
- Menyediakan dukungan logistik untuk kegiatan pembelajaran dan acara kampus
- Menjadi titik kontak utama untuk berbagai pertanyaan dan permintaan dari siswa dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya
- Mengumpulkan dan mengelola data akademik serta dokumen penting lainnya
- Membantu dalam pengembangan dan pemeliharaan sistem dan proses internal
Keterampilan dan Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan
- Setidaknya 1 tahun pengalaman kerja dalam peran administrasi atau dukungan staf di lingkungan pendidikan
- Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tertulis yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris
- Terampil dalam menggunakan aplikasi perkantoran seperti Microsoft Office
- Memiliki ketelitian, organisasi diri yang baik, dan kemampuan multitasking
- Memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang prosedur dan regulasi akademik
- Bersedia bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis dan berorientasi pada layanan
