About the Role

In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Develop the ability to meet production targets for all sections (Ring Frame, Open End, and MVS)
• Inform and report any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area
• Adhere to the SOPs of the respective sections
• Prepare daily, monthly and annual reports on Yarn Quality and Productivity using Ms. Office (PowerPoint, Excel, & Word)
• Receive instructions and information from the outgoing shift at the start of the shift and communicate them to the incoming shift at the end of the shift
• Ensure compliance with all company rules to maintain discipline in the workplace
• Highlight any quality deviations or machine breakdowns in the respective area

Qualifications

• Diploma in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in textile production, particularly with Ring Frame, Open End, and MVS machines, is a plus.
• Experience in meeting production targets and managing quality control in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to operate and maintain Ring Frame, Open End, and MVS machines.
• Able to identify and report quality deviations or machine breakdowns promptly.
• Knowledge of and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each machine section.
• Ensure compliance with company rules to maintain discipline and a safe working environment.
• Adhere to all SOPs and safety standards in the workplace.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good time management skills.
• Basic English skills (verbal and written) are an advantage but not mandatory.
