Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency accuracy and luxury retail standards. Perform and manage product authentication quality control and basic servicing of luxury items Coordinate closely with Merchandising Sales Logistics and Customer Service teams Monitor operational KPIs SLAs inventory accuracy and prepare regular reports Manage stock control accessories inventory packing and delivery coordination Support in-store digital sales photos livestreams customer viewings with professional product handling Guide train junior team members ensure consistent authentication operational standards Handle high-value items discretion strong risk awareness compliance SOP Maintain accurate records ERP or inventory systems SAP Jurnal Zoho or similar Requirements Years experiences store operation preferably retail FMCG industry Good notion verbal written Bahasa Indonesia English asset High attention details Able take direction work team Manage time multiple tasks Clear communication skills Eager learn things High integrity trustworthy High stamina used physical labor Own driving license passport Able operate laptop Microsoft Office Google Spreadsheet
