Job Role:

Organize production according to demand. Responsible for coordinating production workflow, as well as planning and prioritizing operations in a manner that guarantees maximum performance. Responsible of create daily blue envelope for production.

Job Responsibilities:

• Must strictly observe the company's safety regulations
• Create and implement the "blue envelop" systems for carrying out and monitor production processes, quality and inventory control,  logistics and material flow, and production coordination
• Make production plan according to sales plan and material control verification
• Use and improve ERP systems for streamline production scheduling and inventory management
• Collaborate with Operation Teams to ensure optimum productivity and timely completion of orders
• Coordinate between the production program and production departments for on-time and in-full delivery of products
• Timely tracking of orders from released to PPIC untill Warehouse inbound
• Create production and planning KPI's to aid effective decision-making in the organization
• Complete any other work assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree major in logistics, business administration ,or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and inventory control
• Knowledge and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, SAP (Mandatory), MES
• Good understanding of production operations, Quality System Procedure and SOP's
• Good understanding of continuous improvement methods
• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) will be an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
