Job Purpose :
Plan, manage, and review the Mining Development & Strategy function as well as the Mining Project Estimator within PT Reswara Minergi Hartama, order to support business development and ensure the company's portfolio & operational growth & efficiency is achieved in line with targets, policies, and applicable regulations.
Job Description :
Plan, manage, and review all business processes within the unit to ensure achievement of KPIs and alignment with corporate values.
Manage and review the unit's strategic plans and budgets (CAPEX & OPEX) to ensure alignment with corporate planning and direction.
Control the development of procedures and technical strategies related to the unit's functions to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and the company's management system.
Plan, control, and review the development of the mining business portfolio in line with strategic direction.Plan, control, and review mining operational development and strategy initiatives, including mining analysis and infrastructure technical services supporting business growth.
Oversee mining project estimations to ensure technical and financial evaluations meet company criteria for new mining service projects or scope changes in ongoing projects.
Plan, control, and review infrastructure development projects supporting business expansion within the mining value chain.Job Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the mining industry and 5 years in a similar position.
Strong in project Development
Good communication, leadership, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Willing to be based in Cilandak, South Jakarta.
