As a Data Analyst, you will work across all business functions and departments, providing general analytics support organization-wide.
Job Description:

Collect, process, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business decision-making and identify actionable insights.
-
Transforming raw data into meaningful reports and visualizations that drive organizational success and operational efficiency.
-
Cleaning and validating data, conducting statistical analysis, creating visualizations and dashboards using tools like Metabase or Superset, generating regular and ad-hoc reports, and collaborating with departments throughout the organization to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven recommendations.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), track performance against benchmarks, and support decision-making through quantitative analysis across finance, operations, marketing, sales, and other business areas.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

3 years of professional experience in Data analysis, Business intelligence, or similar role

Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data
-
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
-
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
-
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods
-
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain findings to diverse audiences
-
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Nice to have:

Experience with Python or R for data analysis

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data warehousing
-
Experience with database design and management
-
Certification in relevant analytics or data tools
