    Key Responsibilities:

    Creative Asset Development and Localization

    • Deliver visual designs for branding materials (e.g. brochures, event collaterals), social media content, EDMs, client presentation slides from scratch, while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
    • Adapt and localize marketing assets provided by the Global Marketing Team for local campaigns, ensuring relevance to the target demographic's preferences and cultural context.
    • Support additional visual needs for local marketing campaign rollouts and product launches as assigned.

    Cross-Functional Coordination

    • Collaborate with Global Marketing teams (branding, compliance, design), to ensure the local designs adhere to updated brand guidelines and are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
    • Coordinate with internal teams on creative requirements, timelines, and approvals to support smooth campaign execution.

    Creative Research & Innovation

    • Stay updated on design trends, audience behavior, and visual communication best practices to maintain fresh and competitive creative output.
    • Proactively propose and implement new design approaches, formats, or visual styles to enhance brand engagement and elevate overall creative impact.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Educational background in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field is advantageous.
    • Minimum 1 year of working experience in graphic design or related creative roles is required; a design portfolio in the fintec industry is a strong advantage.
    • Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with tools such as Figma is a plus.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
    • Strong creative and artistic sense with a keen eye for detail, composition, color, and typography.
    • Excellent time management and multitasking skills—able to delivering multiple design projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
    • Awareness of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency.
