    Pengelola dan pengembangan pipeline penjualan hingga closing adalah tanggung jawab utama kita.

    Wewenang

    • Mengelola dan mengembangkan pipeline penjualan hingga closing dengan efektif
    • Melakukan upselling dan cross-selling kepada klien yang telah ada
    • Menindaklanjuti prospek dan mengubahnya menjadi pelanggan baru
    • Melakukan penjualan ke berbagai perusahaan (B2B) untuk mencapai target penjualan
    • Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditentukan dengan memanfaatkan kesempatan yang ada

    Reqirement

    Untuk menjalankan tugas ini, kami memerlukan individu yang memiliki pengalaman di bidang penjualan dengan target market perusahaan (B2B).

    Syarat

    • Minimal memiliki pengalaman di bidang penjualan dengan target market perusahaan (B2B)
    • Terbiasa dengan pendekatan soft selling & hard selling untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan kebutuhan klien
    • Memiliki jaringan relasi dengan bagian IT, GA, atau Purchasing di berbagai perusahaan akan menjadi nilai tambah
    • Tertantang bekerja dengan target penjualan dan siap berkembang di dunia sales
    • Termotivasi mendapatkan penghasilan tinggi melalui bonus & insentif
    • Mampu bekerja mandiri dan berorientasi pada hasil
