Job summary
The Demo Experience Lead is a key role within the Academic / Teacher Team at WonderMind responsible for managing and executing high-quality trial classes assessments and first-visit learning experiences.Key Responsibilities include designing standardizing and continuously improving trial classes assessment courses as well as conducting trial classes for key parents and high-potential leads ensuring consistent quality of experience classes across the teaching team collaborating with Course Consultants to prepare personalized experience plans providing professional post-class feedback to support enrollment conversion monitoring experience performance data attendance satisfaction conversion training teachers on standardized experience class execution supporting school events and offline academic activities when required.
