    We are searching for a Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Intern to join the team from May to end of August 2024. The SFE Intern is mainly responsible for the cleanup database in the CRM system for ID MedTech.

    Key Activities

    • Perform data validation, data profiling, and data cleansing
    • Enter and validate Accounts & Contacts database for HCP & HCO data list for Commercial team
    • Follow data quality rules and processes to remove duplicates and inconsistencies data, cleanse inaccurate data, standardize data entries
    • Analyse and optimise data quality in the CRM database
    • Work with IT Regional and third-party development team to gather information on the data needed

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or any related field
    • Excellent communication skills in English – written and verbal.
    • Able to working onsite at Jakarta JNJ office at least 3x a week; Remote on other days
    • Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, sound judgment and decision-making skills
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Access, Word
    • Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
