I‘ve 3 years of experience in the Sales industry. I learned a lot about serving clients well.
As a sales person, I believe that customer service and satisfaction is a top priority. Therefore, I always put customers first, such as finding out customer needs, serving complaints directly or by email or by phone.
Dealing with customers with various characteristics and targets is my biggest daily challenge.
My job as a Sales Executive not only serves direct buying and selling activities in the showroom but also via Live Chat, Zendesk, Phone, Email indirectly makes me also have skills as a Customer Service. If there are complaints from customers, I immediately check the root of the problem and then provide solutions.
However, this didn’t stop me from trying to work in a new field. Especially in the field of human resources or administration.
