I am a graduate from Universitas Jember and IPB University with over 3 months of internship experience in the oil palm plantation sector. I also have experience in participating in the Student Executive Board (BEM) organization, specifically in the Department of Sports, Arts, and Culture, and served as the Head of IPB Vocational Student Olympiad.

Completing my studies on time, achieving perfect scores in both diploma internship and undergraduate research activities, honing leadership skills during fieldwork practice, and conducting research on the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on bean plants.

Delving deep into agricultural sciences in the present era for sustainable outcomes positions me as a graduate capable of competing across various fields of knowledge. Leveraging technology to assist companies in achieving maximum quality and quantity results aligns with my goals.

Internship

• Leading a fertilization team to determine the land, dosage, and number of employees required to optimize the company's needs.
• Played a role in assisting the field assistant daily, leading the morning assembly before work, checking the attendance of foremen and field members, supervising all field activities, determining the work locations, evaluating daily tasks, and preparing the monthly budget plan.
• Assisted the foreman for one month, supervised daily laborers during work, evaluated the quality of their work, calculated fertilizer doses, determined herbicide doses, and prepared daily reports.

  Packaging products according to consumer standards, prioritizing product quality, and providing a positive impact for customers.
• Helping to maintain hydroponic plants through intensive daily monitoring to achieve optimal harvest results.
• Learning about hydroponic cultivation based on the type of plants being grown, such as fertilizer dosage, water flow requirements, and the hydroponic model used.
