- Leading a fertilization team to determine the land, dosage, and number of employees required to optimize the company's needs.
- Played a role in assisting the field assistant daily, leading the morning assembly before work, checking the attendance of foremen and field members, supervising all field activities, determining the work locations, evaluating daily tasks, and preparing the monthly budget plan.

- Coordinate the provision of facilities and infrastructure to support employees’ work needs, oversee technicians’ operational requirements, including daily work scheduling, and collaborate with other divisions to ensure smooth and efficient administrative and operational processes
- Conduct building and store facility maintenance, establish and maintain relationships with external parties such as the police, government agencies, and local communities, and manage corporate legal compliance with various authorities, including occupational health and safety (K3), taxation, and required permits.
- Coordinate the sale of used goods or operational waste that can be reused by external suppliers, such as selling waste cardboard to multiple suppliers and organizing employee bazaars for items that are damaged or approaching expiration. The sale of waste cardboard at Indogrosir Sukabumi made the Sukabumi branch the top-performing branch in waste cardboard sales among all Indogrosir branches across Indonesia.
