Yeremia Budhi

Yeremia Theofilo Alexandro Budhi (or JJ as he likes to be known as), is an International Relations fresh graduate blessed with great communication skills. A quick learner with excellent social awareness, Yeremia always desires to get the job he's been given done, whether individually or collectively within a team. Yeremia's experience of studying overseas has helped him to understand things from different angles or viewpoints. He has prior experience in market research and governmental practice and currently is pursuing a career as a marketing staff at one of the biggest shipping agency companies in Indonesia.

Currently at Penascop Maritim Indonesia, my responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring and handling 2-4 vessels' end-to-end loading operations per month while communicating with at least 5 stakeholders externally and internally per vessel daily to ensure the swiftness and smoothness of our service; Scheduling weekly catch-up calls, texts, and/or meetings with around 20 clients per week to emphasize their importance to our company, slowly increasing our monthly performance by 7-20% (the number varies each month); Handling 2-3 end-to-end vessel heavy equipment (e.g., cranes, grabs, etc.) arrangements per week; and leading a small team of 4 dedicated to publishing "Penascop Bulletin" a weekly bulletin consisting of 2-3 fresh Indonesian coal news to be distributed by email to around 600 global clients by email.

Prior to Penascop, I was a NielsenIQ FMCG Retail Graduate Trainee (Consultant), where I made my mark by creating and presenting 10-12 market data per month for global-level clients such as Nestlé, Danone, and KraftHeinz as they anticipate their performance during each of their preferred terms; Assisting NielsenIQ Indonesia's Global Snapshot team in accommodating 5-10 potential foreign data purchases, with an 80-90% conversion rate for inquiries; and grasping the implications of COVID-19 and post-COVID-19 periods towards the movement of Indonesians' purchasing power and FMCG in general;

I studied International Relations at Universitas Padjadjaran for almost five years, I started in September 2018 and formally finished my studies in July 2023 with a GPA of 3.54 out of a possible 4.00.
