I’m an e-commerce and customer experience professional with a solid track record in operations, customer service leadership, and digital commerce platforms. My years as an NCAA Division I athlete and former Indonesian national golfer built the discipline, focus, and teamwork that shape how I work today. In my current role as a Golf Coach and Community Golf Manager, I lead training programs, manage member engagement, and build a strong, inclusive golf community—combining my competitive background with hands-on coaching and operational management to deliver a polished, professional experience both on and off the course.
