- Control, analyze, and review C&B components, especially incentives and their systems, and conceptualize new systems if necessary.
- Calculate and propose to Management annual salary and bonus adjustments for all employees.
- Responsible for the design, concept, and implementation of the performance appraisal system.
- Responsible for the preparation of HR reports and their data analysis.

- Manage all outsourced employee policies and operations.

- Analyze and develop human resource management systems especially in remuneration system and career management system.
- Analyze and develop all components of the remuneration system, and standardize them, including the base salaries of all employees.
- Calculate and submit to Management the employee cost budget, year-end bonuses, and beginning-of-year salary increases.
- Control and analyze monthly payroll and employee administration reports.
- Created and developed a career management system for all positions in the company, consisting of Sales Force Career Levels, Workshop Career Levels, and Back Office Career Levels.
- Created the 2008 Salary Structure for the Indomobil Nissan Group by analyzing actual salary data for all employees and external salary surveys, and updated it annually based on company and government regulations.
