As a recent graduate with over 1 year of experience in the world of software development and Agile methodologies, I have a solid foundation to take on the role of Scrum Master. I have been involved in projects implementing Scrum and Agile practices, where I have gained a deep understanding of collaboration and adaptation-oriented software development processes. With good communication skills and the ability to facilitate Scrum events, I'm ready to help teams achieve their goals efficiently. In my previous role as a Product Owner at PT Solusi Tiga Selaras, I had the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and facilitate the successful execution of various projects. Through my experience, I have developed a deep understanding of Scrum principles and methodology, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.  I successfully launched a new feature solution that increased efficiency by 30%. I achieve this by collaborating closely with the development team to prioritize features, conduct user testing to gather feedback, and iterate on the product to ensure a smooth user experience. I am confident that my experience in driving product strategy and my ability to understand customer needs will be of great benefit to integrated agricultural services.
In my previous role as a Scrum Master at CV Torche Indonesia, I successfully led sprint planning sessions, daily stand-up meetings, sprint review, and retrospectives, ensuring that the team remained focused, motivated, and aligned with project goals. I also played a key role in implementing agile best practices, such as user story mapping and backlog maintenance, significantly improving team efficiency and project outcomes.

Additionally, my strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities and juggle multiple projects simultaneously have enabled me to deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines consistently.
