I am professional nurse, and managerial skill in human resources management as well as infection control practitioner. Work based on target provided in annual planning bases. My last position at RS Premier Jatinegara, Jakarta as Director of Nursing working with consultant from Australia. I have experience to manage healthcare sector, and able to lead staff, doctors and other healthcare workers as a team.

1. Head of operational at Primary Health Services Ciwaru, West Java - Ministry of Health July 1986 - June 1990 Operated Primary Health Services in daily bases, which support 12 programs that planed by Ministry of Health. 
2. Dammam Central Hospital, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia June 1990 - August 1997 worked as staff nurse and the last 3 years as Head Nurse in Medical Ward, manage the ward day by day together with staff nurses provide nursing care in various diagnoses, staffing, budgeting, controlling and collaborated with doctors. 
3. Health Care of Surabaya, East Java September 1997 - January 2000 Healthcare of Surabaya as Nursing Supervisor, to manage staff distribution afterhours, bed management, and customer services, liaise with Visiting Medical Officer. 
4. Affinity Health Indonesia January 2000 - February 2006 As Infection Control Manager at Corporate office, managed 3 hospitals within the premier hospital group (RS Premier Surabaya, RS Premier Bintaro, and RS Premier Jatinegara), provide regulation in Infection Control to prevent hospital acquired infection (Nosocomial Infection), together with infection control consultant from Australia (HICMR), to do audit and review implementation of infection control programs within the group. 
5. RS Premier Jatinegara, Jakarta March 2006 - May 2023 As a Director of Nursing, managed Nursing Department, provided annual Department programs, staffing, promoting, budgeting, controlling staff overtime, liaise with doctors, coordinate with other head of department, liaise with education institution for continuing staff education, provide capital expenditures according to department needs.
