- Responsible for legal document management including filling, organizing, and archiving employee records or any HR documents.
- Monitoring, updating and maintaining HRIS internal databases, records and reports with accurate employee data make sure all data is updated.
- Monitoring attendance data, overtime, and employee leave.
- Handling benefit administration BPJS JKN and BPJSTK.
- Enroll BPJS JKN for reach new employee and propose to take out employee who submit resignation
- Conducting performance management by using form evaluation in each division.
- Arrange schedule meeting with user to give summary appraisal.
- Onboarding, administrative new employee, and in-charge on exit clearance process for resigning employees.
- Execute internal arrangement such as business trips, meetings equipment, etc. Maintain office supplies inventory.
- Support the implementation of day-to-day HR activities.
- Other ad-hoc project such as GA and employee engagement.
