Quality System, Processes, and Documentation

Preparing, reviewing, and commenting; on Quality Manuals, Project Quality Plans, Procedures, and Work Instructions for projects in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, International Codes, with compliance with client specifications and contract requirements.

Project Management

Conduct audits/surveillances on Project Management including Senior Management activities in compliance to contract, Project Quality Plans, and Project Management Procedures/Instruction.

Engineering

Conduct audits/surveillances on Engineering Activity in compliance to contract, Project Quality Plans, and Project Engineering Procedures/Manuals and Project Work Instructions.

Procurement

Review vendors approve the list, material requisitions, and all purchase orders prior to confirmation and issue. Check documentation and data sheets for traceability and completeness. Perform source inspection and verification on vendors/subcontractors based on purchase orders/contract deliverables. Conduct audits/surveillances on procurement activity in compliance with Contract, Project Quality Plans, Project Procedures, and Work Instruction.

Fabrication and Construction

Review Drawings, Inspection and Test plans, As-builds, Project Fabrication/Construction Procedures, and Quality Records. Witness Inspection, Destructive and Non-Destructive Activities Test. Witness and Monitor Welding Processes, Welders, and Welding Operators. Witness Destructive and Non-Destructive Testing for welding procedures, welder qualification, and fatigue failure e.g bend test, tensile test, all weld tensile test, charpy impact test, micro-etch, microscopic photos of base metals, weld, fatigue failures, PMI test, Brinnell Hardness Test, UT, MT, PT, and VT, included mock-up test. Perform and verify process system checks on prior and post-Hydro/Pressure Tests. Perform and verify coating/painting activities-qualification test, wet/dry film checks, bond test, and application process. Witness and verify calibration of instruments, measuring, and testing equipment. Monitor project progress, provide recommendations and proactive measures to the fabrication/construction management team and assist in resolving non-conformities. Surveillance on the preservation of equipment, installation, and commissioning works. Perform surveillance on instrumentation and electrical installation and commissioning works. Perform surveillance on insulation activities and painting activities.

Installation and Commissioning

Review and approve installation procedures. Submission of Construction Completion Certificates to the Commissioning Team prior to the start of pre-commissioning activities.

Audits

Conduct internal/external audits and surveillance activities on Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication/Construction, Project Controls, HR, Vendors/Suppliers, Subcontractors and Document Control.
