I have diverse professional experiences in marketing, administration, program execution, and customer service. As a Marketing Staff at PT. Ampro Wirasena, I successfully promoted three housing projects, developed social media strategies, managed buyer documentation, and consistently achieved closing targets. During my internship at PLN ULP Blimbing Malang, I handled administrative tasks such as monitoring fieldwork, updating installation data, archiving customer files, and delivering customer service. At Ruang Belajar Aqil, I executed community empowerment and literacy programs, collaborated with NGOs, supported MSMEs in rebranding, and produced more than 40 audiobooks. Additionally, as a WhatsApp Admin at Nextcool Marketplace, I managed customer inquiries, optimized marketplace content, prepared weekly marketing reports, and organized daily promotional activities.

These experiences reflect my strengths in administration, communication, and strategic problem-solving, supported by international exposure and leadership roles during my academic journey.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universitas Islam Malang, complemented by a credit transfer program at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia where I achieved excellent academic results. Throughout my studies, I actively participated in international programs, conferences, and competitions, gaining recognition as the 3rd Place Outstanding Student (PILMAPRES) at UNISMA 2023. My academic journey reflects both strong theoretical knowledge and practical global exposure.
