Hello! I'm a Psychology graduate in 2021 from Universitas Tarumanagara with work experience in Human Resource field, especially in recruitment; and personal assisstant. I'm a hard working, initiative, and observant person. Currently I'm working as a personal assisstant of a psychologist in Indonesia and I'm used to conducting psychological test, interviewing, observation, customer service, and data administration. During my college, I used to conduct a psychological research for my college assignment, hence I used to scientific writing and research.

In my previous work, I used to handle the end-to-end recruitment process. To make sure we got the right candidates, I coordinated with the user of the hiring position to gather informations and specifications of an expected ideal employee. Aside of my main job as a recruiter, I also conducted new employee orientation program to introduce our company culture, values, and rules to our new employees. I also regularly reported the 3-months performance review and daily worker database monthly. I also designed the recruitment poster carefully to make sure the job post hit the right targets.

In this work, I was the consultant from my university to give service related to human resources to PT Dibimbing Digital Indonesia. I learned a lot in conducting the end-to-end process of job analysis. I learned how to interview the existing employees and their users about the responsibility and daily task the employees had, as well as analyzing the most needed specification for the position based on the position responsibilites.
