Safety at work is my priority by prioritizing comfort for the guests who stay. The mission that I always implement is sustainable energy savings without reducing the comfort of guests and all working staff. In terms of maintenance costs, I always try to find breakthroughs that can reduce these costs by making accurate adjustments so that they are in line with the company's expectations and goals.
