PT BCA Finance - Recruitment Officer 

• Recruitment and Onboarding, develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified
  candidates, comprehend with job descriptions every division on general, post job openings, and
  manage candidate sourcing, conduct interviews, assess applicants, and make hiring recommendations,
  plan and coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation and training.
  • Employee Relations, address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and sensitive
  manner, foster positive employee relations through effective communication and conflict resolution,
  monitor employee morale and implement initiatives to improve job satisfaction.
  • Performance Management, assist in establishing performance goals and objectives for employees,
  coordinate performance appraisal processes and provide feedback to employees and managers,
  Identify opportunities for employee development and training.
  • Responsible to negotiation salary and schedule qualified candidates for medical check up.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, maintain employee records
  and HR documentation in accordance with legal requirements (HRIS), keep abreast of changes in
  employment laws and regulations.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting, compile and analyze HR data to provide insights and make informed
  decisions, generate reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover, recruitment.
