Main Responsibilities :
Role model, Content Leader, Business Leader, People Leader.
Leads the district sales organisation to achieve performance objectives.
Monitor team performance and motivate them to achieve company goals and ensuring use of provided tools, and tracking market trends for all GSK Products.
Drives effective implementation of business plans through regular performance tracking, taking corrective actions and uses feedback to fuel continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the KAM team and/or other teams in an effort to support trading activities to ensure visibility of GSK products across multiple channels.
Use various data sources to analyze the dynamics of area performance, identification trends and opportunity areas, and to develop tactical insights and activities to achieve business goals.
Coaches and manages team to drive sales team performance using the GSK Coaching approach.
Develop capability and skill of MR reinforced by positively role modelling and collaborate with the Commercial Excellence team to facilitate development programs capabilities and skill for team.
Builds strong and engaging patient focused customer and key opinion leader (KOL) relationships.
Coordination with distributor (APL) with excellent service to fulfill customer orders.
