3. Responsible in the preparation of Agreement/MoU (Third Party) With business Unit and Other
   Vendors.
4. Build Communication and Coordinate with the Department of Labor and Ministry of Labor, Police
5. Responsible for Discipline rules of Company (PP/PKB), employee termination, engagement
   activities (Employee Relation)
6. Follow up Internal audit for Industrial Relation to all of Branch around Indonesia
