Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University. Have participated in business model and planning competitions, faculty research projects, laboratory assistant, and internships. Have a high interest in operations research, ergonomics applications, work system design, occupational safety and health, system modeling, quality control, workflow systems, and computer simulation. Possesses experience in project management and simulation processes through internships and project work.

I have professional experience in IT planning and governance, event planning, and academic laboratory operations. I have been involved in managing Change Request processes based on ISO 20000-1 and ITIL v4, developing workflow automation using Microsoft Power Automate, and performing technical documentation and data reconciliation. Additionally, I have experience designing and executing webinars, coordinating events, and preparing technical materials. Within the laboratory environment, I served as a coordinator responsible for managing research, education, and competition activities, as well as teaching business and production simulation practicums.

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Telkom University with a GPA of 3.48/4.00. Possess strong knowledge in work system design, operations management, simulation, ergonomics, and occupational health and safety. Actively participated in faculty research, laboratory activities, and several competitions that enhanced analytical skills, process modeling capabilities, and solution development in the field of industrial engineering.
