As a UX/Product Researcher at Telkom Indonesia for 5+ years, I led qualitative research initiatives to uncover customer behaviors, needs, and cultural nuances across diverse markets. My work included conducting user interviews, group discussions, and media/content reviews, then synthesizing insights into strategic recommendations for product, policy, and customer experience improvements. I developed user journeys, personas, and survey frameworks (CSAT/NPS) that informed decision-making and helped design more localized, user-centered digital solutions.

In addition, I worked as a Freelance Market Researcher at Thrive In Indonesia, where I conducted in-depth interviews and fieldwork for a project focused on online grocery platforms. I explored customer behaviors, motivations, and decision-making patterns, delivering insights that helped the client refine its market positioning. Across both roles, I specialized in building systematic coding frameworks, developing and maintaining codebooks, and ensuring content analysis rigor. My ability to translate complex qualitative findings and emerging cultural signals into clear, actionable strategies—supported by analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Metabase—has enabled me to guide product and business strategies effectively.
