• Supervise daily operations of an oil palm plantation covering 10 hectares.
• Manage harvest payments to 10–20+ suppliers daily, handling 60–80 tons of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) per month delivered to the processing mill.
• Conduct audits and evaluate operational costs and supply performance.
• Coordinate harvest supply and distribution to the mill on time according to production demand.
