Responsible for Plastics product developments & improvement projects, Research, design and evaluate new plastics and additive materials, create new product with added value to improve better market competition.

Maintain specific records of research activity and update to the management

Support production lines and quality improvement to achieves customer satisfaction, reduce waste and improve process capability and efficiency. Assist teams hands-on the production floor with process adjustments on a regular basis.

Implement and maintain testing procedures in Laboratory to control the product quality.

Develop key process recipes and goals, develop action plans for desired result and coach team members for best result.

Research deep knowledge for PolyIsocyanurate material and process capability, develop new formulation for PolyEthylene thermal insulation, research & develop material for fiber reinforced plastics, improve & develop adhesives for building panel for expanded polystyrene and polyurethane.

Support marketing team sales and management to provide niche product for market competition and cost reduction to achieve customer satisfaction.

Regulatory and Company compliance, Manage with the support of Raw Materials Team the investigations of PVC additives and materials substitute to comply with regulatory requirements in order to prevent liability and ineligibility of additives materials use.
