Associate Engineer Permit (WMS)/PTWC (Permit to Work Coordinator) with extensive experiences in the oil/gas industries. Responsible for preparing competency of worker in the oil & gas industry and Experienced as training coordination for approximately 3 years and is accustomed to coordinating with various parties, and responsible for supporting create yearly budget for operational activity. As to support my work,I am used to using MicrosoftExcel very well for making dashboards and monitoring databases (Lookup, Queries, Pivots).

• Input permit data requested byperforming authority
• Register all permit to work issued at a specified location
• Attend and present requested permit by PA toAttendant (SC, HSSE, PA, AA)
• Ensure that all certificates related to work permits are available and ensure that supporting documents for work permits are written accurately on work permits prior to issuance
• Assist SC tomanage the work permit process byensuring that work permit lists (PTW), isolation certificates (ICC), and longterm isolation (LTI) are available and continuously updated toreflect all planned, ongoing and pending work.
• Assisting SC toensure that the list of workers related tothe Safe Work Permit System is accompanied byevidence of training, assessment results, and authorization letters availableand continuously updated
• Ensure that acopy of the training matrix is available on site and that training needs are identified and informed tothe SC
• Help SC toprepare Monthly Review (Weekly Audit) for related parties. 
• Create Dashboard to monitoring Permit 

I completed my Diploma (D3) in Accounting at Padjadjaran University from 2010 to 2014. Then continued my studies and pursued my Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting at Widyatama University
