The Supervisor of Finance and Accounting for the Finance Department is responsible for providing financial and administrative support to the department. I am responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, budgeting and forecasting, and financial analysis for the company. Additionally, I am responsible for the administrative duties associated with the department, such as providing support for the department’s needs for Account Receivable administration such as invoicing and other administrative documents.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Administer the company’s financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Prepare financial statements
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
• Track company expenses and income
• Monitor and reconcile all department accounts 
• Develop and maintain internal control systems
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Provide administrative support to the department, and other administrative functions
