Dear : Requisment Team. 

 Let me introduce myself, my name is Otto DB Hutahayan from Jakarta / Indonesia. My background is fromu 1990 Military Academy graduate and also a Bachelor of Social and Political Science from Merdeka University, Malang.  I had a career in the military for 16 years and a career in security for more than 13 years.  There is a lot of military knowledge and experience while serving in the military that can be applied in the field of corporate security.  Plus some of my skills such as Security Assessment, Investigation and Security Risk Management and others make it a very useful knowledge.  While I served as security, I was able to solve many problems without causing new problems so that the company's projects and activities could continue safely and smoothly.  Persuasive approach and resolution methods must be prioritized and adapted to the realities on the ground.  Respecting fellow employees and upholding local culture is one of the keys to success.
