A final-year Psychology student with comprehensive hands-on experience across multiple Human Capital functions, including Talent & Development, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits, and Payroll. Throughout my internship and organizational journey, I’ve developed strong capabilities in managing employee data, supporting recruitment workflows, coordinating administrative processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.

My background in public relations and content creation has strengthened my communication, teamwork, and stakeholder-management skills, allowing me to build effective relationships in both internal and external settings. I’m recognized for being highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive, especially in fast-paced environments where accuracy and time management are essential.

With a strong interest in Industrial–Organizational Psychology and people development, I enjoy working on tasks that involve problem-solving, coordination, and optimizing systems. I’m committed to continuous learning and always bring a positive, collaborative attitude to every team I join. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology — Universitas Negeri Jakarta (GPA 3.82/4.00).
Focused on Industrial–Organizational Psychology with coursework in Organizational Behavior, Coaching & Counseling, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Organizational Intervention, and Interviewing & Observation. Gained foundational skills in psychological assessment, including administration of intelligence, interest, and personality tests, as well as research methods, data collection, and behavioral observation.
