I was an administrative intern in Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi Republik Indonesia. As an intern in there, I did recruit, contact, and interact with new interns. After that I will direct them to my supervisor. I also did wrote a summary of the course of the activity or meeting and the things discussed from beginning to end, making a power point for a meeting, recap the number of posts on social media of Inspektorat Jenderal Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi and archive some documents, etc. From that experienced I learnt many things such as how to recruit and contact people well, etc.

I was also an intern in Growth Central VC as Human Resources. My activities in there was manage the hiring initiatives on the various platforms, replying to applicant's emails, screening replies, and scheduling interviews by senior HR staff. I also did post job ads on general career. From that experienced I learnt a lot about Human Resources, such as how to recruit candidate who match with the company.

I was a freelancer at PT. Fieldwork Indonesia Channel as Interviewer and Quality Control. In there, I did call and interview the respondent by phone. I also check the data that has been obtained in the field with the results of interview data by phone on Microsoft Excel. Then, I recap interview results data by phone and count the score of QC Phone data and QC data in the field. From that experienced I learnt many things such as how to interview people, check data, count the score, and how to cooperate with people.

Last, I was an intern at PT Home Credit Indonesia as Talent Acquisition. Currently, I am a HR Services Officer. My jobdesk are updating employee termination status in JIRA system, comparing employee personal data with employee personal documents in OpenText, Input Warning Letter (WL) status to the SAP, responsible to ensuring more than 3000+ employee documents are properly archived, impacting the smoothness of the employee document audit process and support to do SLIK.
