Mutia Dilla

I am a Bachelor of the Library and Information Science Program at the Universitas Sumatera Utara. I am familiar with working with Library Management Systems from installing the database to managing and working with the system. I considered myself a tech-savvy person who has basic programming skills with web programming languages such as Basic HTML, CSS, and React JavaScript. You can find me as an individual with excellent communication skills in English.  I am patient around children, have a creative mind, and am a detail-oriented person. My goal is to promote information literacy among learners and teachers.

I have working experience for the Mini Library of the Faculty of Law, Amir Hamzah University as a freelancer in the library field who was assigned to build a database on a local network and install SLIMS 9 Bulian, customize the appearance of the homepage, and input library members' data and library material data that are available in the library to the system for the very first time, as well as training librarians to do library housekeeping (acquisition, classification, cataloging, and circulation) using SLIMS software.
I attended two types of training at the Fresh Graduate Academy Digital Talent Scholarship Program held by KOMINFO. The training I attended included: 
- Front End Developer (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) 
- Security Awareness Essential for Knowledge Worker 
Through this training, I developed my web programming skills and trained myself to be more aware of the security of the data and systems I use. I'm sure the skills and knowledge I get from this training can be used to build and operate a management information system in the library. 
I have good communication and leadership skills and am ambitious for constructive new challenges. I am often entrusted with being a leader in coordinating group work to complete assignments according to lecture objectives. I also have a friendly personality, am detail-oriented, and have good customer service skills that made me very suitable to work in a library environment.
