Tentang Muhammad Fauzi:

VARIOUS ORGANISATIONS, 2005 – January 2022 (30+ years)

Key Projects:

  • Consultant Geophysicist’s: Pre-Acquisition Desktop study for Block 42 LIBYA area.
  • The implementation of the First Passive Seismic project (Greater MLN) in the Sahara Desert, Algeria for Exploration and Development as well as the process of transferring technology to the local Sonatrach GGRE Junior has increased Pertamina Internatsional EP's capability as a pioneer in the application of this technology in the country.
  • The creation of intangible value from  Key Project: PM-304 Cendor field Development, Peninsular Malaysia increased brand awareness that Petrofac and IES Capabilities are continuously improving to boost the company's ranking as one of the best oil and gas service providers.
  •  The successful drilling of 9 exploration and appraisal wells for 3 Clastic play prospects in 14 months with cheaper than the initial budget, is an ambitious program for Murphy Sarawak offshore activity. Petronas as regulator, recognizing this as a new history of exploration and development and made this as a new drilling reference in offshore Sarawak Malaysia.
  • The Multi TCF Fracture Gas Reservoir Development in the complex geology area of the Suban Block - Onshore South Sumatra is a very important and strategic project for ConocoPhillips Operations in Indonesia. From this successful project results, all the experiences have been presented at the ConocoPhillips Global Fracture Seminar, Calgary, Canada in 2004 and has been one of the most interesting topics to be discussed.
  • The success of drilling 2 deviated exploration wells (Early Miocene Carbonate Reservoir) in the Sukowati Prospect which is close to the boundaries of the Tuban Block and the Cepu Block in the East Java Basin area encourages the need for a Unitization process at the development stage of Sukowati Field with the ExxonMobil Cepu Block. Although the process was quite difficult, the GGRE team was able to convince Partners and ExxonMobil that due to the proximity of the production facilities, oil exploitation would be more efficient and cheaper if the Field Operator was held by a JOB. Pertamina-Devon Energy East Java Ltd.
  •  The discovery of hydrocarbons from the North Geragai-1 well in the Jabung - Jambi Block, South Sumatra (only 1 km from Shell BV's Geragai-1 Well (dry) which was drilled 10 years earlier), represents a new history of Santa Fe Energy Resources Ltd. oil exploration in western Indonesia. Hydrocarbons were found from clastic and carbonate reservoirs (Middle Miocene). Success with North Geragai-1, followed by drilling of the Makmur-1 well (adjacent prospect), both of which showed ideal AVO responses and produced the same output. AVO verification was then continued by testing Betara-1 well in Betara Prospect, which is located about 40 km north of North Geragai where enormous gas reserves were found.
