• Lead a small team of 4 to process all kind of transaction regarding to shrimp, upstream to downstream, and monitor its revenue, margin and other business aspects. Also maintain healthy cashflow for shrimp.
• Act as liaison between sales teams and cross functions (Finance, Product, Data, 3rd parties etc) to initiate several digitalization and automation projects for shrimp farmer (regarding data, payment in-out, cashflow, and other necessary improvement) and maintain its development progress.
